Our green bean brokers have been hard at work developing the new harvests for 2019, so here at Cotswold Coffee Roasters we are committed to showcasing their efforts. We have just finished sample roasting a catalog of greens on our Quest M3 300g sample roaster and are now waiting for them to degas sufficiently (release their CO2 content) so we can start tasting them

The Holiday Season
Hi everyone, we are planning a short break over Christmas which means our last Roasting day before the Foxfield Roastery closes for the year, will be Sunday 22nd Dec. Placing an order will still be possible, but we don't plan on roasting or dispatching again until 31st Dec. Apologies for this stopgap. When we are back we will be reintroducing a few of our previously offered coffees again, like the Kenyan PeaBerry and Monsoon Malabar from India. Thank for your patience and custom, we always appreciate your continued support.
